What kind of financial needs to women face?
It is common for a business organization to follow wrong marketing, make dead expenses and have losses just of not studying the target market before introducing a new product, service. Therefore, the secret of successful businesses, which place new products, services to the right market, is using product Co-Creation Model in their businesses.
This time our company conducted a target survey among women with high income in Ulaanbaatar city to determine their financial needs and to propose a new product, service, based on these needs.
We involved 300 women with high income and studied their lifestyles, popular services as well basic ratings for new products.
Except quantitative studies we also involved 30 famous women, such as small and medium scale entrepreneurs, high rank officials in private companies, singers, actresses, models, actors and so on, organized F2F interviews to study their interests, needs and requirements. The survey also made detailed evaluation of a new product per target segment, determined advantages and weaknesses and the factors, which will make the new product successful among segments.
