Well-known research companies and researchers from Asia and Pacific region are to assemble in our country in 2017
The representatives from Mongolian Marketing Consulting Association (ММСА) visited Australia and New Zealand and participated in a meeting on the 60th anniversary of Australian Market and Social Research Society (AMSRS), organized in Sydney, Australia, and in a 7th forum of Asia Pacific Research Committee (APRC), organized in Auckland, New Zealand between September 1-10th, 2015.
AMSRS was established in 1955 and it is a professional society, which joined together more than 4500 researchers and consulters. And AMSRS invited the the national professional societies from other countries to this event. We had a lot to study from such an experienced organization.
Also, during the visit to Australia our delegation had a chance to visit the representatives of the GfK company to Australia and New Zealand, which lists in top 4th in the society, introduced with the company activities and exchanged opinions.
Later, our delegation participated in the 7th forum of APRC in Auckland, New Zealand between September 6-10th, 2015. Three official events are organized during this annual meeting: a seminar to introduce new research methodologies; a summit of Board of Committee or the representatives from professional research committees; and a meeting to introduce reports on research achievements and successes.
The Mongolian Marketing Research Association made a report on the current social and economic conditions of Mongolia, and the current status of marketing research in our country during the summit as well won the right to organize APRC 2017 summit in Mongolia. As the result, we will have the chance to participate in the seminars of well-known market research consulting companies of Asia Pacific region, listen to their reports and exchange opinions.
The next APRC meeting is to be organized in November 2016 in Tokyo, Japan. ММСА is inviting all the organizations and researchers, engaged in developing market research in Mongolia, to join the association.
