Survey on customers satisfaction of top 5 bank
Satisfaction survey determines the customer’s evaluation to an organization works and activities. The organization can find concrete mistakes in own activities.
Our company has conducted a large survey in Ulaanbaatar city, which involved 1100 respondents to give their evaluation on products, services and activities of the leading banks Trade and Development bank, Khan bank, State bank, Khas bank and Golomt bank of Mongolia.
The full evaluation was made by 105 indicators under 3 main parts of “Product “,“Service “and “Bonus and advertisement “ and 12 sub- sections. This survey determined the most vulnerable indicators for the banks to work on it.
Evaluating customers satisfaction on own products, services, advertisements and discounts gives the advantage for the organization to evaluate organization activities and find out the way to focus own efforts. In particular, the organizations, which have difficulties to strengthen own positions by competitive prices and products, should focus on more care for customers and perfect services.
