Our company conducted a survey on the digital financing service user’s behavior and a bank brand survey. As a result, banks’ brand image and competitiveness were measured. It also identified the different behaviors of Banks’ customers who live in Ulaanbaatar in terms of digital financing services. In addition, the level of customer satisfaction with digital financing services was measured. Based on the results of the study, recommendations were made on how to further improve the bank’s branding and products.
Quantitative and qualitative data collection was conducted in 9 districts of Ulaanbaatar city. Quantitative surveys of more than 600 bank customers were conducted, with 3 focus group discussions with 6 people each.
