One of the main factors for corporate existence and successful operation on the market is the corporate employee. Attracting skilled personnel and keeping current employees for a long time has been the most important human resource problem. MMCG Company develops researches on human resource and since 2019 we introduced the Organization Heart Metric (OHM) based on international model. Regular survey on corporate culture and productivity at least once a year to measure human resource status is important for further development.
